Internet banking procedure of this bank is easy to follow and can be done within few steps.
To access the Internet banking, first you have to visit to the nearest branch to have an account in the bank.
After completing the account opening formalities, download the forms found in the link
Download the forms, namely AB internet banking application form, Form for Third Party fund transfer facility, Form for Lo-gin Transaction password.
Furnish your details in the form correctly and carefully and affix the photograph in the form in the space provided there.
Next step is to visit the Andhra Bank, where you have the account to submit the filled in application form for further processes.
After 15 days of submission of the forms, you will get the Login password to your home. And other password called transaction password should be collected from the bank to do the fund transactions.
With these two passwords, you can now login to www.onlineandhrabank.net.in and then click on the link retail sign on, a new window will open and there click on the continue button.
A new window asking your username and password details will open to continue to internet banking.
Once you login to your account, you are supposed to give the transaction password to do fund transactions.
No fee will be charged when the transaction takes place between this bank and the others.
To add a payee to your account it will merely take 24 hours only. After that you can do transactions to the added account. It supports the browsers Mozilla Firefox and IE 6.0+ only.
Reset Andhra Bank net banking password of Internet Banking
Andhra bank allows the customers to reset the password whenever needed by them easily. For that, we advised you to follow the instruction below for resetting the password.
Click on set login password option in Andhra Bank internet login page,which is explained above.Then the window will open asking your username and password details and below that you can find the option Set password login. Click on that.
Another window will open for resetting the login password.

It may take three steps. Firstly, enter your user id. The user id is nothing but your customer id.
Next step is to provide your mobile number and it should the one that you registered before when you opened the account in the bank. And it is also mandatory as the OTP will be sent to this mobile number to reset the login password.
If not the OTP is delivered as SMS then it will be delivered over voice messages through the phone number 044-6604XXXX where xxxx be some random number.
OTP is valid only for the current session, whereas the new OTP will be sent whenever you request by the bank.
Always provide the mobile number with the country code, if in case of domestic mobile number, then you have to add the prefix as +91 as the country code.
Now you can reset your password. The password you give this time should not be as same as the previous one and should follow the password criteria.
